1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we do travel for weddings. We love to travel! We will offer our services solely in the states. We do charge an extra fee (it varies based on the location) for travel costs as we will be moving all of our equipment to your location for your special day.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, engagements are a special moment that lead to a precious life chapter! We can assist with day of set-up, selecting appropriate attire, and picking back-up locations. Our main speciality is taking the photos.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If a client needs to reschedule (due to sickness, inclement weather, an emergency, etc.), we ask for a 24-hours notice. We will be happy to reschedule with the given notice. If a client is a no-show, then it is considered a cancellation. We don't provide refunds for cancellations.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, all of the digital files are included in your online gallery (provided by our site). If a client is interested in having the photos printed, there will be an additional fee.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Here at Lopez Photography Studios, we offer a videographer! We include videography in some of our packages.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, these photos are all about you and your special day! We want to make you feel comfortable and highlight your moments. Feel free to send us any specific requests you have for your photoshoot.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we can! We offer Zoom calls. These meetings will last for about 30 minutes.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

Clients should expect their final photos, three weeks after the initial photoshoot. All of our clients will have the final photos emailed to them.
